D'loaded program. Unzipped to temp folder. Clicked "Setup" and get the message "failed to connect, please try again later". Happens with most software I d'load from this site. Running XP, any help here?

Same thing happened when I tried to activate, says it's activated, but when you open the program it's a 30 day trial.

What browser are you using? Can you connect to the site using Internet Explorer?

I''m using hubby's laptop and it automatically opens netscape and I haven't figured out how to turn it off and on

Hey clipper, that happens to me too. I'm using XP Pro and simply click setup again which usually responds immediately. I suspect a timing problem with my Norton Internet Security but I don't know how to fix it and I haven't bothered to try since it's such a minor thing. I just accept the fact that most often I will have to click setup twice.

It the firewall check the seting it doing it job you need to tell it Ok for giveawayoftheday
