   When I click on activate.exe nothing seems to happen. I look in the about for registration and it isn't registered. This has happened with other programs. What am I doing wrong????

   Did you try closing the program before activating?
   Usually this takes care of the problem.

   Al, there have been times when that happens to me, and it's always been caused by Norton Internet Security thinking I'm installing something bad. If you think your antivirus software might be the cause, I'd suggest you disable it after you download, but before you install, the program. Once it's installed, re-enable your A/V program.

   When I click on activate.exe nothing seems to happen. " Don't do that, do this right click and pick run as Administrator "
