Where do I get support?

Where can I get help if the installing fails? I tried everywhere to solve my problems yesterday with the Paragon-program but no luck!!!

FYI - Saying you've "tried everywhere to solve my problems yesterday" isn't going to get you much help. Stating your problem, including any error messages, and what you've actually done to resolve it will get you better answers.

Chris, thanks for your advice but.........
Yesterday I tried to install Paragon..... from the Giveaway-site and failed. I wrote to Paragon-support and got this answer __" simply visit http://www.giveawayoftheday.com and follow the advertisment of our giveaway special. Scroll down to get to the comment area."--
I did so and wrote down my problems---no answer from anywhere.
Next time I´ll try the forum!!!!
