InPaint v2.3 (the most recent GOTD) reverted back to trial mode; can't save edited photos. I didn't have any system woes that in the past would have caused the program to do such a rude thing like that. Anyone else? Thanks...

Games GuruJust checked mine and due to spring cleaning could no longr get it to work; however I downloaded the free trial and installed that and now I still have the full vesion. I didn't uninstall the original giveaway, so the reg details will probably have remained in my registry
v2.3 is the latest version which was given away not long ago. I still have v2.0 as well.

MemberI tried all the suggestion except for visiting the InPaint site and downloading a "trial" copy. Which incidentally was a slick idea that possibly might even have relevance with other programs(thanks WR!). As for everything else I tried, nothing worked. The program just will not let me save any edited photo's. Everything else works, but the "Save" and "Save As" feature is inactive. I don't have a problem buying the program outright, however, it's grating on me that I can't figure out the circumstances that led to the reversion or when it actually happened. Argggggg!!!
If by chance someone figures this out, please don't keep it a secret; The life you save might be mine...lol

MemberI'm happy to report the mystery of the InPaint reversion has been solved! It was WR who unknowning provided a clue when he wrote:

The InPaint 'About' was showing my version as being v2.3 however, when I finally called upon the combat tested Revo to rid me of this pain in my you know where, Revo listed it as v2.0. So somewhere along the line when I installed the program I must have neglected to turn off its auto update. At least I hope it had that user preference in its settings because the repercussions would be much more serious if the program updated itself. I'm confident all would agree, that would be a scary thought. So anyway I guess now the only person who is not going to be happy with this news will be my cardiologist! My Thanks To All...
Incidentally, if not for Revo, InPaint would have left 66 orphans in the Windows registry (ouch).

MemberI have Inpaint 3.1 and have used it in the past. Today I go to it and cannot save an edited picture. It evidently isn't registered now. I don't see anything about updates either. It seems to have just unregistered itself.
What gives? I can't download game giveaways now and then this. Will any of the giveaways I've downloaded work now!!!! Or has that "wrapper" whatever it is screwed everything up?!!

The wrapper Themida has only been used for a few weeks. It cannot screw anything up on your system. It simply hides the enclosed giveaway software so that some bad apples cannot grab an executable from the download to use at some future date for whatever purpose. People need to get through their heads that Themida by itself cannot hurt your system or your software. Hackers can and have used it to hide malware but GOTD WOULD NEVER DO SUCH A THING. After all you trust GOTD, don't you? If you don't then you have absolutely no business being here because the first tenet of security is to only go to and download software from places you trust.

Once you solve that puzzle you will know how the dog became pregnant. Unfortunately it also appears the Tab A wrapper had a pinhole leak. Your neighbour could try suing the wrapper's manufacturer for support payments. Your neighbour should have the dog tested for STD's ASAP as Whiterabbit says Themidia is going around.
