Installed but can't connect Samsung S21 ultra One UI version 4.1 Android version 12, this manager detects my phone but won't connect it. Not a good start and I really don't have the time to email support for assistance, unsure why it won't just work.

Maddy, Thank you for your feedback, and sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having with your Samsung S21 Ultra. Let's work on getting this resolved quickly so you don’t need to spend more time on it.

Ensure USB Debugging is enabled: Go to Settings > Developer Options and make sure "USB Debugging" is turned on. After you enable USB debugging and connect your phone to your PC, please go to Settings->Developer options->Select USB connection method, select RNDIS(USB Ethernet), and then try our program again, if the RNDIS(USB Ethernet) option doesn't work, you can also try "Audio source" or MIDI.

If it does not work, we’d be happy to assist you further. You can reach out to our support team, but we’ll try to minimize the back-and-forth to save you time.
