Step 1: Register on the giveaway page with a valid email and password.

I installed and logged in to an old account. I got the free trial or update message. Closed app, restarted pc, same thing. Can you help?

Just log out and then log back in with your new account. Click the gold colored circle near the upper right corner to get to your account. At the bottom of the menu is log out. Do that, then click the login button that replaced the gold circle and log in with your new account. All set...

I went through the process of registering with my email and created a password. When I tried to log into the program, it said either email or password was incorrect.....I tried several times. Any help?

I had the same problem. I clicked the "Forget Password" in the program, typed in my email address, and they sent me a link to reset my password. I used the same password I registered with, and afterwards, I was able to log in within the program.

I don't know if this software does or doesn't support downloading from Spotify but I DO KNOW this: Downloading multiple tracks from Spotify (say an album or playlist of tracks) violates their terms of service and they **WILL** suspend your account. I can verify this first hand as it happened to me. So, be careful if that's what you had in mind. You can record all you like from your PC's speakers (via Replay Music, etc) as you would be listening, in real time, to each track.

Tried it out, and this is actually one of the best audio/video downloaders I've used. UI is clean and intuitive (though in desperate need of a dark theme option). Downloads are fast, searching and bulk downloads are easy & intuitive & powerful, download site options are insane, the app runs well with no lag and minimal bloat, and the login system works well.

Believe it or not, I was actually so thoroughly impressed with it, that I paid for the lifetime license (which is 50% off with the coupon FORGOTD from the landing page after install, not sure if it will last after today, maybe). They deserve it. Props to the devs! Now please add a dark theme

Good for you.

In opposite- I uninstalled it.

Tried to search music of one of the most world popular music band, they have hundreds (if not thousands) of songs.

This program found only 35 songs.

And that was it.
