Tried to run the program after installing and getting a message like this : "TDMore DVD Copy shall be exited due to your CPU is lack of SSE2 support. You need install our patch program www. tdmore.com/download.TDMorePatch.exe to run TDMore DVD Copy smoothly. Click OK to download" When tried to go to the site you have mentioned, getting a message "404 not found". Please advise me what to be done next.
Thank you

The SSE2 instruction set has been standard in processors for a long time so your PC is either rather old or the SSE2 instruction set has been disabled.
Download and run CPU-Z (download link is on the right side, not the top) and confirm that your processor doesn't support SSE2 (look at the example on the linked page, about midway down you see a line for "instructions").
If you see support for SSE2 instructions then you'll need to enable it in your BIOS (search on your particular model for instructions). If SSE2 isn't supported then you won't be able to run the DVD copying software. The patch link is most likely an artifact from earlier versions that allowed the program to bypass the SSE2 instruction set with a very severe performance penalty. It was probably removed because of people saying "I used that software and it was unacceptably slow".
DVD copying software is frequently offered on GOTD, the next program may not require SSE2.

What happens is that rather than write several different programs many of the video software developers write one app with several paid options. Or they can write one main program, then disable features for lower cost versions. We've seen both on GOTD. Copying a DVD does not require any real computation, so no need for Direct X or SSE etc. -- if it's required it's for added features.
The catch is that we don't know if it's the add-on options or something like the code for a built-in player, included so you can preview the title you want to copy. To try & find out you can try running TDMore.exe & CopyFiles.exe, both in the program's folder, to see what happens. If that doesn't work, could always try contacting TDMore tech support.
As far as alternatives go, you can Google on free DVD copiers to see which of the companies [mostly out of China] are offering a free one today -- those offers seem to come & go in my experience. Because of the similarities to DVDFab, I wouldn't count on their free version to work if the TDMore did not. Looking at Giovanni's links from yesterday, the BDlot DVD ISO Master might work -- I don't particularly like the app, but beggars can't be choosers as they say. http://www.softpedia.com/get/CD-DVD-Tools/CD-DVD-Images-Utils/BDlot-DVD-ISO-Master.shtml
Or you could wait as Chris proposed, though I'd add that DVD rippers are [much?] more common that copiers, including on GOTD -- I guess more people would rather convert their DVD video in one step rather than make a copy they might or might not convert separately.

hey, 32 bit AMD CPU's [even real racy ones] lack SSE2!

Racy? What is that... processor porn? Would you look at the diodes on that one! Man, I'd like to integrate those circuits!! Capacitor? I barely know her!!!
"Racy" 10 year-old processors are still very capable. The problem in using them is the bloatware operating systems and poor application programming. The difference in computational power to email and surf the web on your PC and mobile device is rather astonishing (from 2011: Comparing computers to phones CPU performance) but applications dropping support for non-SSE2 processors isn't given that such support is a minimum requirement for Windows 8. It's all part of the never ending forced hardware/software upgrade process where you spend more money to get the performance you used to have.

Thank you everyone, for the response and details you have given. I am sorry, the mistake was mine. I have been downloading lots of GOTD softwares from the last 5-6 years and I never had an experience like this. So instead of reading their (TDMoreDVDCopy) full details I downloaded it and installed it. It was only then, when the problem came and after posting the trouble shoot at the forum, I went through their detailing and found that it doesn't support XP. I use XP SP3 (an old 10 year back PC) and I am really sorry for taking your valuable time and strain for giving me an answer. But I am happy that I am a little bit richer by knowledge by what you mentioned in your posting.
Thank you once again

TDMore Products currently can't support Windows XP well. It can support Windows 8.1/8/7/vista as described. If you have other problems, just feel free to contact them.
