Clear the caches, delete the GOTD + Engelmann cookies, IE may not be offline even when you are using another browser, no proxy, reboot the modem/router, white-list in AV software/firewall - try again later.

Did all that ... and still not accepted
On a hunch, tried using a different e-mail and it got thru with no problem
Why's that?
Am now waiting to see if it is delivered to my other email address I usedPosted 11 years ago # -
I had the same problem with 2 of my email addresses.

time is almost up ... still no key in mail

went and reinstalled and requested the key again
same thing ... with one e mail address, can't get thru so I went to my other address and it went thru
and got the key right away and I am now registered
am not impressed with how it all went ... hope this program is a lot better than what I have seen so far with this registration hassle!Posted 11 years ago # -
Engelmann is not a fan of certain email hosts, it will often not respond to "disposable" email adresses and certain known "spam deposit" mail adresses (33mail for example) Use a livemail, hotmail, gmail or ISP provided email for them. and remember, you can make as much email adresses as you like, regardless of wich servioe you take so just make a new live mail (trusted by default) or ISP mail (most ISP providers will let you make multiple email accounts. As long as your providers is "respected" (which counts for most EU and US providers, users in more "exotic" locations might have more trouble)you will have no problem getting your emails on a "spam adress"

I think it's worth noting too that whatever spam reaches our in-boxes is only a fraction of the original amount because many [most?] servers are running filters. Those filters aren't perfect, sometimes blocking emails we want to receive as well as some of those we send -- if you send an important e-mail, maybe confirm rather than assume it got through.
