@Fluffyntx - InControl is not being detected by Spybot - what is being detected is the registry key that is used for all of their products: HKCU/Software/Virtuoza as Incontrol stores some settings under this key - Spybot is recognizing the above key.
This is known as a false positive - which is caused because the check Spybot is making is far too broad and catching other "innocent bystander" products.
It is not the giveaway software that is at fault - but spybot not being specific enough to test for the "keylogger" product from Virtuoza.
I have also checked the software against using two other products - neither detecting any "keylogger" software.
